Our coach philosophy is simple. It describes what we believe, value and how we behave in our work.
- We believe and always follow our principles.
- We believe that everyone is “whole” and capable of achieving everything they want.
- We extend positive regard without conditions, valuing and acknowledging all others as worthy of our respect.
- We value differences and treat others as we want to be treated.
- We adhere to high standard of ethics. These are set by the Code of Ethics of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
