Principle Practice is an Investors in People Champion – a scheme reserved for Gold Award holders that recognises and rewards organisations who have been outstanding in promoting the values and principles of Investors in People, leading by example in the way they manage and develop their people.
Principle Practice has proudly held IIP Gold status since 10th December 2010. Only the top 1% of Investors in People organisations nationally achieve Gold recognition. See our press release on this here.
